Hexagone Aircraft Rental is a company specializing in aircraft leasing and related services for individuals, pilots, businesses, training organizations, and professionals in the aviation industry.
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) is to define the terms under which Hexagone Aircraft Rental provides its rental and related services, as well as the mutual rights and obligations of the parties.
These terms apply to all reservations, orders, contracts, or services entered into with Hexagone Aircraft Rental.
Any reservation or confirmation of a service constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern all services offered by Hexagone Aircraft Rental, including:
- aircraft leasing;
- the provision of aircraft, with or without related services;
- short- or long-term rentals;
- event or production services;
- consulting services related to the operation or acquisition of aircraft.
Services are provided in accordance with the terms set forth in the quote, contract, or corresponding reservation.

3. Booking and Contract Formation
3.1 Booking Procedures
Reservations can be made:
- through the website;
- by email;
- by estimate or contract;
- or through a dedicated booking platform.
3.2 Confirmation of the reservation
The reservation becomes final after:
- acceptance of the quote or contract;
- submission of the required documents;
- and payment of any deposit.
Hexagone Aircraft Rental reserves the right to refuse a reservation, particularly in the following cases:
- incomplete application;
- the pilot’s lack of sufficient qualifications or experience;
- failure to comply with the terms of the insurance policy;
- or failure to pay.
3.3 Required Documents
Depending on the services in question, the customer may be required to provide, among other things:
- a form of identification;
- a pilot's license;
- a valid medical certificate;
- a flight log;
- proof of experience;
- or any document required by the insurance company or applicable regulations.
4. Conditions for the Use of Aircraft
The customer agrees to use the aircraft:
- in accordance with applicable aviation regulations;
- subject to technical and operational limitations;
- with care and diligence;
- in accordance with the instructions provided by Hexagone Aircraft Rental.
The customer remains liable for any violations, negligence, or damage caused during the rental period.
Hexagone Aircraft Rental reserves the right to prohibit or suspend any use deemed dangerous, non-compliant, or inconsistent with safety requirements.
5. Prices and Payment Terms
5.1 Price
Prices are listed in euros, either excluding or including tax, depending on the applicable tax regime.
Quotes, contracts, or reservations must specify, in particular:
- included services;
- any additional costs;
- billing terms;
- and the payment terms.
5.2 Services Not Included
Unless otherwise stated, the following are not included:
- fuel costs;
- airport taxes;
- handling fees;
- accommodation or travel expenses;
- supplementary insurance;
- or any service not expressly mentioned.
5.3 Late or Non-Payment
In the event of late payment:
- late payment penalties are automatically due at the statutory rate plus 10 percentage points;
- A flat-rate fee of €40 for collection costs is due in accordance with the regulations.
Hexagone Aircraft Rental reserves the right to suspend any services in the event of non-payment.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
6.1 Cancellation by the customer
All cancellations must be made in writing.
Unless otherwise specified in the contract:
- more than 30 days before the service: full refund;
- between 15 and 30 days: 30% deduction;
- Less than 15 days before the service: the full amount remains due.
6.2 Cancellation or Rescheduling by Hexagone Aircraft Rental
Hexagone Aircraft Rental may postpone or cancel a service, particularly in the following cases:
- adverse weather conditions;
- technical unavailability;
- operational constraints;
- safety;
- or due to force majeure.
The customer will then be able to enjoy:
- a postponement;
- or a refund of the amounts paid.
- No additional compensation may be claimed.
7. Liability and Insurance
Hexagone Aircraft Rental is bound by an obligation of means.
The company shall not be held liable, in particular, for:
- due to a delay caused by weather conditions;
- the temporary unavailability of an aircraft;
- due to circumstances beyond his control;
- or consequential damages.
Aircraft are insured in accordance with applicable regulations.
However, the customer remains responsible for:
- damage caused by fault, negligence, or improper use;
- applicable deductibles;
- and the consequences of failing to comply with the restrictions or procedures.
8. Intellectual Property
All documents, photographs, media, content, and materials published by Hexagone Aircraft Rental remain the exclusive property of the company.
Any reproduction or use without prior written permission is prohibited.
9. Personal Information
Hexagone Aircraft Rental processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The data collected is necessary for:
- reservation management;
- billing;
- operational management;
- and compliance with regulatory requirements.

11. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be held liable for any breach resulting from a force majeure event as defined in Article 1218 of the Civil Code.
The following, in particular, are considered cases of force majeure:
extreme weather conditions;
- airspace closures;
- regulatory restrictions;
- natural disasters;
- labor disputes;
or any event that prevents the normal performance of services.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, jurisdiction is assigned to the courts within the jurisdiction of Hexagone Aircraft Rental’s registered office, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
13. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions
The customer acknowledges having read these Terms and Conditions of Sale prior to making any reservation or signing any contract.
Any order, reservation, or electronic confirmation constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The applicable Terms and Conditions are those available on the company’s website as of the date of the reservation.
